The rotary capsule disc design of the whole filling capsule machine has obtained a utility model patent, and is sealed with multi layer of imported SIL silicone rubber in order to prevent dust from entering the interior of the turntable, and has a longer work service life than competing products.
The NJP series capsule filling station is combined with a modular structure. It is equipped with jog operation between maintenance and between cleaning, and it only takes 15 minutes for replacing the moulds.
The transmission device of the filling capsule adopts the built-in cam, that runs stably and smoothly in highly speed production, and the low noise of the transmission mechanism does not over 70 Dba.
